This software, design system, brand marks, typography stack, tokens,
and accompanying documentation (collectively, the "Materials") are the
confidential and proprietary property of MirAI S.r.l. ("MirAI").

1. GRANT.
   Subject to the terms below, MirAI grants you a limited, revocable,
   non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials solely
   for the purpose of building, integrating with, or extending products
   that interoperate with the MirAI ASK orchestration platform under a
   separate active commercial agreement with MirAI.

2. RESTRICTIONS.
   You may NOT, without prior written consent from MirAI:
   (a) redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the Materials;
   (b) use the MirAI name, wordmark, icon, or any derivative thereof
       in any product, service, or marketing material unaffiliated
       with MirAI;
   (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source
       form of any non-public component;
   (d) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice.

3. BRAND MARKS.
   The "MirAI" wordmark, the apostrophe icon, the tri-color palette
   (#FFFFFF / #000000 / #556DD7), and the Space Grotesk type pairing
   are protected trade dress. Use of these marks is governed by the
   MirAI Brand Guidelines and requires explicit authorization.

4. NO WARRANTY.
   THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. TERMINATION.
   This license terminates automatically upon any breach of these
   terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Materials
   and destroy all copies in your possession.
